The PlayStation 3 version of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas by Ubisoft has been generally well-received by fans and critics alike. If you're still thinking about whether to get this title or not, maybe this lengthy gameplay video can help you decide. Have a peek:
As you probably know by now, Rainbow Six: Vegas allows you to lace up your combat shoes as a member of the world's most elite anti-terrorist unit. When the bad guys threaten a city that attracts 37 million tourists a year, you know you have to be there to round them up.
The game takes you to different locales in Sin City where you track down terrorists and neutralize them by surgically making their bodies a foster home for lead. We all know they won't take invitations to go downtown, so what's a guy to do? If you're looking for action, this game is armed to the hilt.

Big man Yoichi Wada stated a while back that Dragon Quest remakes were bound to come before Dragon Quest IX's grand outing to the DS. Plenty of Japanese gamers probably blew their heads off just thinking about the games they lined up for during childhood days being remastered on next-gen consoles. Unfortunately for them, Square Enix CEO is taking his statements back - there are no remakes prior to DQIX's release.
Apparently, such statement caused him all sorts of trouble. Whether because he spilled the beans when he wasn't supposed to, or SE's head honcho was somehow misinformed, we do not know.
That's not the only shocking revelation he gave. During the same meeting, he also mentioned that "although we are proceeding with FFXIII for the PS3, that doesn't mean we won't be able to to use it on other [platforms]." It's no secret that FFXIII Agito will reach mobile phones, but can this mean something else?

Insomniac Games is not all about Church of England controversies and we know it. The dev team behind smash hits Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction and Resistance: Fall of Man have already been crowned one of the best companies to work for in America, and they've done it again this year.
Games Industry reports that the company made it to the "50 Best Small & Medium Sized Companies to Work for in America." Already on its 59th run, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) continues the search for companies with the best workplaces to offer.
The guys behind some of our favorite games aren't new to this, having been on the small business category's top 10 for three years in a row - a feat nobody else have done before. This time they ended at the 8th spot. If that's not amazing enough, Insomniac Games is also the first and only video game development company to ever share this spotlight.
Insomniac Games founder and CEO Ted Price gave...

Just one look at this new cinematic trailer for the upcoming PS3 title The Eye of Judgement and you'll immediately discover that this game is head and shoulders above the typical card-based games released on any video game console year after year.
The Eye of Judgment combines beautiful graphics and a unique card-based battle system that uses the PlayStation Eye accessory. Through the PlayStation Eye, the game recognizes the cards that players put down on a table. Each card is associated with a different monster, which in turn is given a 3D representation on-screen.
Moving the cards move the on-screen monsters as well, and when players move their cards towards another card, all hell breaks loose and the monsters duke it out on-screen. For a better idea of how The Eye of Judgment plays, check out the vid below.
